The MUNIRevs Account Manager is the primary point of contact and ongoing jurisdiction support after the initial implementation.
The Conversion Specialist is the primary point of contact for MUNIRevs clients during conversion and is responsible for ensuring the timely implementation and building of the MUNIRevs site to meet the client’s Go Live date.
Software Quality Assurance Specialist
You will be responsible for building out test plans, providing internal documentation and training, and supporting our teams as our solutions are delivered. Your ability to embrace and encourage change will be the key to your success.
You will coordinate communication between engineers, QA specialists, support, conversion and account management teams at the direction of the Director of Engineering. Strong project and time management skills are a must for this position.

Community Partnership Manager
Spearhead our efforts to collaborate with municipalities.
The right candidate for this position should exhibit strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaboratively. The candidate should have a consultative sales approach and the ability to build strong relationships with our clients.
Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will perform diligent community prospect research, lead generation, and collaborate with the Community Partnership Managers in initial targeted lead outreach.
The position is highly collaborative and requires the ability to work alongside our Sales and Marketing teams acting as the initial point of contact for government clients.

Accounting & Support Specialist
MUNIRevs Accounting & Support Specialists serve as the lead point of contact for all businesses filing with our online system as well as our city administrative users.
City administrative users are the clients of MUNIRevs and may require assistance with reviewing data, entering transactions, system navigation or reports.
We’re nestled in the mountains of Durango, Colorado, with our newly renovated office located in the heart of our small town. Many of our employees take advantage of the immediate access to mountains to enhance their work-life balance while others choose to work remotely from locations across the U.S.
