Q: How long does a conversion take?

A: It typically takes 4-6 weeks to go from contract to paperless! This includes your site branding (i.e. telluride.munirevs.com), historical data conversion for each business, and customizing your tax forms and license process.

Q: Is there any charge for support?

A: No! Unlimited support – for administrative users and EVERY business is included in each contract.

Q: How do communities receive the revenues paid through MUNIRevs?

A: Each community’s bank account is integrated into our online shopping cart, so revenues are automatically deposited directly to you.

Q: How does the LODGINGRevs process work?

A: The process includes the following steps:

  • Identification – Identify all listings on vacation rental websites.
  • Reconciliation –Match advertisements to property owner records.
  • Notification – Send targeted notifications to short-term rental property owners letting them know how to register with MUNIRevs to remit taxes and obtain their licenses online.
  • Automation – Automated reminders alert property owners of required tasks. Funds collected are automatically deposited directly into the jurisdiction’s bank account.
  • Audit – Compare booked revenues with reported tax revenues and notify property owners of discrepancies
